Very strong smell

I often have troubles sleeping, I wake up in the night and sometimes have issues getting to sleep. I had tried other sprays but they didn’t really do anything so tried this. It’s very strong! You only have to spray twice which is a bonus! However I don’t really like the smell, it’s like liquorice hence 3 stars. In terms of sleeping I think it did improve my quality of sleep the first time I used it, I slept for longer and was restful
