Shampoo with natural, high grade Australian Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia) which effectively cleanses hair after treatment with Australian Bodycare Anti Lice treatment. Apply Hair Rinse shampoo all over the surface of the hair without wetting it first. Rub well into hair and scalp. Leave for a few minutes. Rinse with water or comb the hair with a fine-toothed comb. Really worked

I have been struggling with getting rid of lice in my two nursery age children, and none of the normal pharmacy bought sets were working. 
This one …. Worked first time! Combined with the anti-lice and the kids were happy to use (they get upset normally as the smell and chemical feeling of the other ones is too much).
