How to Use
1) After cleansing, apply a suitable amount to the face with hands or cotton pad.2) You can use the toner to make a hydrating and cooling skin pack by wetting cotton pads with the toner.3) It is a light liquid type toner free of volatile alcohol, which is ideal for the 7 skin method (layering toner 7 times) to provide extra hydration.
