Soak a cotton pad and cleanse the face and eyes and/or remove any makeup. Repeat the application until the cotton pad remains clean. Non-rinse. Use daily, morning and evening.

It removes waterproof makeup and BB cream perfectly, does not irritate the skin, and has no irritating odor.
