Haven’t had an epilator in years. The 9 Flex is more painless than I remember. You need to go over areas more than once but the light is great for spotting uncaught hairs. The shaver head does the job and the exfoliator head was pleasant to use. All in all a very well put together bundle.

I was a bit sceptical about buying this but I’m so glad that I did. The epilator is amazing, literally cuts the time spent in half. The flexible head means that it’s easy to use. The shaver is also great for the same reasons. Would really recommend.

Best epilator I’ve ever bought!!! I’d been looking for new epilator for a while and could never find one with a flexible head they were all boxy and I seen this, I knew I needed it the price put me slightly off but it’s definitely worth investing in! Firstly the bag is sleek and organised, I absolutely love this as most are just throw ins and the wire gets all tangled! It’s a good shape has a shaver feel which is more comfortable when moving around bends and wasn’t painful at all surprisingly. I was also shocked at how quick it did the job my old one normally took 45 each leg it took me less than that to do legs and armpits!!! This will be coming with me everywhere!!!

I find the brand excellent as the epilator they have years of experience and I have been using this brand for many years and always with good results I love it
