I highly recommend the Clinique Anti Blemish Gel. It reduces redness quickly and promotes the healing process. No other product seems to work so well for me and I've tried many!!

I've tried other products but always go back to this one. If you use it right away the spot disappears like magic. It's quite expensive so be careful not to squeeze out too much product. I highly recommend it.
