Initially, I didn't really get on with this shampoo as felt that it made my hair quite greasy. I have fine, highlighted curly hair which likes to frizz in humidity. I tried various amounts of the shampoo, when washing my hair, and worked out that less is more. A 5p size is enough for medium length hair, two washes. It does moisturise the hair and it does feel less coarse. I alternate this shampoo with the original Color Wow shampoo and conditioner. I recommend the coco-motion condition treatment once a week/fortnight alongside Hooked.

Got it for my boyfriend with curly hair and his curls are very hydrated and bouncy. He also uses the conditioner from color wow and his hair always smells so good
