Decorte The Rouge Velvet - Scarlet lipstick is nourishing and beautiful. It glides on my lips. I can tell it is made of quality ingredients like all other good Japanese brand. I gave this lipstick to my mom. She looooves it. The color is just right for mature Asian ladies who all deserve a nice lipstick like this one.

I love everything about this product from the colour to the formula and the packaging! Honestly I took a punt on this as I had never heard of the brand but I have been very pleased!
The colour is absolutely stunning and the formula provides shine with no stickiness. To top it off, the packaging is gorgeous and luxurious. I will definitely be purchasing other colours!
