a highlighter, not a finishing powder

way to shinney for a finishing powder. would be a nice highlighter but that is not what I was looking for and in any case I like the wet glow that GW or Channel highlighters give rather than an all out shine. I would recommend if you are looking for a highlighter that is prominant and stands out. It's a nice case comes in a little cute case and looks lovely

The Delilah Illuminating Powder gives a Fabulous glowing finish to my makeup. I also use it without makeup to give me a subtle glow with a little blusher just for popping out out and about. Goes a long way

This product comes in the most luxurious packaging. The powder itself has a really subtle glow and can be used as either a compact powder or a highlighter if you build it up. Leaves your face looking really fresh and glowy but not tacky. Love it!

I have tried many products that claim to give a glow to your skin. This really does. I mix one pump with my foundation and the result is sheer satiny glow. Very pleased with is excellent product.
