Decent enough, although can get a bit gunged up. Does the job but is a bit over priced.

Fantastic sharpener that can be used on multiple sizes of make up pencils. There is a little tool included to remove buildup of product on the sharpener edge. The case also collects your shavings which is really handy on the go, though too many shavings left in the container will affect the performance so try not to leave it over-filled. The best way to use a sharpener is to hold the make up pencil and very gently turn the sharpener anti-clockwise slowly around it with the other hand. Rather than putting pressure on the pencil against the blade of the sharpener, you are holding the pencil steady and slowly and gently moving the sharpener around it. It’s a tip I learnt, and it makes all the difference as it helps to prevent ‘lead’ breakage and the need to then start over and re-sharpen again, wasting product. We unknowingly put pressure on the pencil when turning it in the sharpener, so holding the pencil steady and turning the sharpener slowly and gently gives you more control and helps you to get and maintain the right angle, as well as being much gentler on the product and the sharpener alike, giving more longevity to both.

Works well, and I used my previous Estée Lauder sharpener for years until it fell to pieces recently! I would say this one is better for lip / eye liner rather than eyebrow pencil as the tip doesn’t get entirely sharp so not so good for brush strokes in eyebrows.
