How to Use

To Apply: Cut the tape to desired length. Slightly peel off one corner of the backing paper before applying the body tape, this will help you peel off the remaining backing paper once the body tape is in position. Apply and smooth the tape into position, then peel off the remaining paper. Apply your clothing to the tape.To Remove: Apply baby oil to the tape on the skin and remove slowly. Peel body tape from the skin slowly and carefully. Do not pull. Any residue can be removed with baby oil.
