Brush is a very good smudge brush does exactly as it’s titled. 
Would recommend bristles are so soft only need a bit of make up to smudge works amazingly

Amazing smudger brush

This smudger brush is amazing and so soft. I use it to apply eyeshadow on my lower lashing it also great for applying highlight to inner corner of eyes, brow bone and cupids bow. So happy I purchased.
