Disadvantage: it's watery, not cream, like milk. It whitens my skin, but not natural. Also it is hard to spread out evenly on my face.

Advantage: suitable for my sensitive skin and never make me get bumps and pimples.

Before purchasing you should be aware that this is VERY thick and leaves a white cast even on my fair skin, to the point where I have to wear a tinted moisturiser over the top look human again.

I mainly use this on weekends when I need a heavy duty spf as I'm outside working out. I have acne scars on my cheeks that I am trying to protect from the sun to prevent further damage and this seems to do the trick. I have had no burns but can't comment on the longer term effects.

However, it mattifies my oily skin like nothing else! This could be drying on non oily skin types as a consequence so worth keeping in mind. My tinted moisturiser stays on longer as it makes the skin tacky to the touch after application, but does tend to show more skin texture with this underneath, however this may differ with a foundation.

Overall, it's not something I would wear everyday as there are more moisturising formualtions that have high protection, but worth it when exposed to lots of UV rays. Definitely a holiday staple for me from now on.
