Too crunchy

This had good reviews so I bought it but it was too sticky for me and whilst was a good de frizz and styler it left my hair too crunchy do I didn't repurchase.

Bad batch?

Anyone receive tubs of this recently with black lids. Product seemed different smell and texture and has left my hair crispy. Not usual standard. Usually this product is really good for my curly hair and leaves hair soft and curls in control

Nice soft hold

Great for twists, twist-outs, and soft wash n goes. Very moisturising with a soft hold. A staple product for many years.
