Not for me

Having jumped on the magnesium band wagon I was keen to try a spray to help my painful knee and aid better sleep. 
This is greasy and leaves a strange residue as a lot of magnesium products seem to do. But this has put me off using it. 
It is a decent sized bottle for the price though.

Can't fault the product, but did have some itchy skin as a result - apparently common, so I just use sparingly.

Works!

I really like this spray! I use it in the evening after I have been to the gym, as I always get pain in my knees and really bad DOMS in my legs. This spray has helped to alleviate some of this pain so will definitely continue to use it.
