Shake your bottle of Bi-Facil to activate the bi-phase formula. Dampen a cotton pad until the pad turns blue, rest them on your eyes for a few seconds, then gently sweep down to fully remove your eye make-up.

I have been using this I make up remover for a very long time.
When you find something as good as this that works as well as it does for a long, long time? You don't even try a different one.
It removes your eye make up brilliantly. However tough the mascara is? it will get it off.
It leaves the skin around my feeling soft and moisturised...
So when you dry your face with a towel after? There is no residue on it.
