The powder utilises amino acids and silica powders to refine the appearance of imperfections and control shine for an airbrushed, soft-focus effect. How to Use
To achieve the Flawless Face, saturate the Velour Puff with Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur, working powder into puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to set makeup.
