This is sooooooo yum!

I've been a fan of the health benefits of Manuka for years, I've often bought it for my grandparents as a way of sneaking nutrition into them - I find older generations don't like or trust pill supplements sometimes, so something like this was so easy to get them to use either in their tea or on their toast! I personally enjoy it straight off the spoon. Have to say, I've been enjoying this regularly so far this winter and not come down with a cold yet! So feeling pretty good :)
