How to Use

Place a handful of salts (approx 30-50g) into running water and immerse yourself for 15 minutes to allow the healing elements time to absorb into the skin.  Leave the bath without rinsing, wrap yourself in a towel and drink plenty of water to rehydrate and relax in silent reprieve before drifting off into a good nights sleep.  Use once or twice a week and ideal for taking on your travels to diminish the impact of jet lag.
