Seems to do the trick!

I bought this for my husband and daughter, as they’re both chronic nail biters. So I can’t personally review.
But judging by the constant stream of “eugh, that’s disgusting”, “omg I did it again, it’s in my mouth” and “this is HORRIBLE”…. I would go as far as to say it’s working quite well! Haha.

Amazing… it tastes horrendous so does it’s job. I have been a mail biter since I got my first tooth, I’m now 53years old and my nails are looking amazing x

Mavala stop biting nail varnish

I sceptical about this working but it actually stops you biting nails/thumb sucking. My daughter is constantly doing both so we agreed to try this. So far so good only thing is it doesn't last long so you'll need to top it up.
