I actually saw my step daughter had the Max Factor Colour Elixir Honey and had a sneaky try (leave it on the kitchen counter and it will be tried and tested girls) and found myself loving it! 

Couldn’t beat to actually swipe hers so went and bought my own and regret NOTHING! It’s not sticky, it’s not an in-your-face colour but a lovey subtle sheen with a hint of dusky pink (which is why I’m assuming a teenage girl would insist it’s her go-to on a school day-us teachers can kind of see a shade of lip tint but also we can’t so you won’t be made to wipe it off while we cringe at reciting school policy to

The design of the lipgloss packaging is sophisticated for the girls being grown up but not too sophisticated that the grown-up-girls feel like they’re ageing. It’s a perfect balance. The gloss itself works well alone or on top of a colour needing to be muted down or boosted up (with a sheen). 

I love this and now own it in two colours and will be thanking my stepdaughter for the rest of my life for my new found go-to!

I thought this lipgloss looked a lovely colour and liked the name. It had a lovely smell and felt lovely on but was too pale for me. I'm very pale with blonde hair and green eyes so prefer a slightly stronger colour. My 8 year old has pinched it and it's lovely on her. Would definitely try another colour.
