How to Use

Oil: Drop 3 or 4 drops of precious oils into a warm bath, or apply to your décolletage if taking a shower. Practise mindful breathing...in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds.Fragrance: Roll onto your pulse points (wrists, temples and behind the ears) to unlock the power of our wonderfully calming essential oils.
