Good cleanser

Good cleanser, makes my skin feel nice and soft after use but I found it quite thick initially. Not as smooth as some other high end cleansing balms although it does the job

Really thick

This is really thick I agree with previous reviews that perhaps the packaging should be different as I had a hard time squeezing it out so it took away from the experience

Brilliant product but dodgy batch

I’ve bought this wonderous cleanser quite a few times and am familiar with its texture and use. However the product I have just received isn’t right. The consistency of the balm for some reason is hard and incredibly hard to use - I’ve had to take off the dispenser to access. I am wondering if look fantastic have stored the product in a cold conditions. Or this is old stock? The Renaissance mask is also not the same consistency.

I love this product but I would suggest it would be better in a pot rather than a tube, it was soooo difficult to get it out of the tube. I have to literally stand on it to squeeze it out it’s so thick. It’s not horrible though it’s just in the wrong packaging. Might have to cut it open and put in my own pot

Leaves my skin so soft

This was my first gel-to-oil type cleanser and was amazed by the way it just seems to melt completely into my skin. My face feels incredibly soft afterwards and never tight - which is a big positive for me as someone with dry skin. A tip I'd give though is to be careful not to get any water into the tube. I kept mine in the shower and managed to turn the gel into a runny milky formula. It still works, but I'll probably store it by the sink from now on.
