Holy grail

This is my most favourite conditioner that I have ever tried. I’ve tried a lot over the years. 
I have very long, very thick hair and my hair loves this conditioner. It detangles, hydrates, conditions without being too heavy. Hair feels bouncy, shiny and the smell is light and nice.

Not as good as I thought it would be

Lovely thick, gently scented conditioner.  However, it doesn’t detangle my hair very well at all and it still feels decidedly dry after drying & (lightly) styling it.  Also noticed an increase in hair loss - nothing major, just more than with other products.

I have fine hair and I really like this product. My hair feels soft but it doesn’t weight my hair down which is important to me. Cant really fault the product
