Clings to hair you didn't know you had!!

As someone who overplucked their brows in the 90s. This is one of 4 products I use to make them look decent. It clings to the fine baby hairs which gives my non existent brows some dimension. I then use the nyx brow pen in a slightly darker shade to add in hair strokes. I always get compliments on my brows since using these together.
