Nice set to start with

I have to cross my legs when I sneeze after having kids, so wanted to get something to help. These were the best price by far and a great set. There are three weights, and you start with the lightest and work your way up. They are really soft and not as scary as I thought. There's a guide on how to use them which is helpful. Still early days but fingers crossed for improvements.
