Mitt: Use on wet skin in gentle circular motions with your regular bath or shower products. Apply extra pressure or use with Tan Remover Mousse for elbows, knees, ankles, feet and hand or where tan build up is obvious. To correct tanning mistakes, dampen skin then use your index finger inside the mitt and apply to the affected area.Polish: While in the bath or shower, simply massage your body in circular motions, concentrating on elbows, knees and feet then rinse well. Use the body polish prior to applying your tan and in between applications for ultimate results.

Great set

I have been using st. Tropez self tan products for quite a few months now and I think I have most of the products. I wanted the exfoliator that would work perfectly when trying to keep up with my self tan regime. This works great at maintaining a great base for my tan. It will remove the dead skin cells that usually end up ruining a tan, just don't rub too hard. I don't tend to use the mit that comes with this set, unless I'm using the tan remover as it can leave your tan patchy if, again, you rub too hard. I just use my fingers to lightly run over my skin and it works great, especially if you use the st. Tropez moisturiser. I would highly recommend using the whole range.
