The Inkey List PHA Toner is formulated for sensitive skin types to gently exfoliate the skin's surface to reveal a visibly brighter and smoother complexion.Powered by polyhydroxy acid, PHA, the hero ingredient is made up of large molecules to remove dead skin cells while locking in moisture. The exfoliating toner is ideal for dull, textured skin types, as the formula features 3% niacinamide which works to illuminate the appearance of skin.
