I received this in an Look fantastic advent calendar. I used nightly as I struggled to switch off. My husband used to laugh at me for doing this ritual. 
When I ran out honestly I couldn’t 😴 sleep.
I bought a cheaper product and it was no where near as good.
 So bought again and guess what back to sleeping!
