This Works

This is new to me. I'm used to the sleep spray, my favourite, so I thought I'd give this a try and I love it. It's almost like a relaxing perfume for bed. Ylang ylang and patchouli are two of my favourite scents. A delightful way to drift off to sleep.

It's always a bit hit and miss with lavender based sleep aids but this one is great. A gentle and pleasant smell and straight off to sleep. Thanks!
