A sleep balm that really aids me getting to sleep

I am hugely impressed with the This works sleep balm.! It really is helping with getting me off to sleep gently and naturally.
I love using this with the pillow Mist also and will be repurchasing to put together a Christmas hamper for my mum as I have previously brought her other products in the deep sleep body cocoon range which she loves so I plan to make her a gift box up

Lovely texture, very soothing smell. Like it says, this works! Definitely helps to relax you ready for sleep. Love it. Great product

Good all round balm

Clear balm, subtle scent which is soothing. Absorbs well, doesn’t leave a greasy residue. Not sure if it will get you to sleep on its own but I’m sure it helps, and anyway works great on my cuticles and doesn’t break my skin out.
