Use a hot towel to open pores or take a steamy shower or sauna.For whiteheads:Wait until the whitehead breaks open the skin, then gently roll the wire over the whitehead.For blackheads: Press down the flat side directly over blackhead to gently remove, then disinfect area when finished.Clean tool after every use with cotton and alcohol.

This is a very solid product and withstands pressure well. It is subtle on your counter. Unfortunately there is not a small loop for blackheads.

This only works on fairly large blackheads, but it does the job well as it remove spots/blackheads cleanly.
...just don’t press down to hard or you will mark your face! 
Overall not a bad product and I’m glad I have it in my kit!
